Do you want to practice your French and learn how to make the best known specialities from the West region of France ? Come and join us in our personal and interactive French class : speak French while making your own Buckwheat crepe for a hands-on cooking class.

This class is suitable for all level of French. 
No previous baking experience is required. 
Suitable for Gluten free diet
Enjoy the benefit of the small groups at your own place.
We'll provide: Ingredients, Equipment, and Recipe.

What You Will Learn 
- Learn the vocabulary related to Kitchen, Ingredients and Cooking 
- Immersion in French 
- Hands-on cooking class : baking the authentic Buckwheat crepe

What You Get 
- Learn the basics kitchen vocabulary from the qualified teacher and native speaker: Fanny  
- Discover the History of the Buckwheat crepe
- Speak French like a native, break the barrier langage and have fun! 
- At the end of the class, enjoy a "bolée" of cider and the savoury crepe that you will have cooked yourself 
- Develop your speaking and listening skills and pick up new vocabulary and expressions 

Information: class for minimum 2 people - maximum 4 people

Fanny, The French Teacher 
I am a native french speaker, who is not only passionate about my mother tongue but also in French culture and food. I am a French language teacher with a Bachelor’s Degree in French as a Foreign Language. I lived in Germany, Ireland and Canada before settling in Australia 4 years ago. I have recently opened a French school – FRENCH Space - with classes and workshops for children, teenagers and adults in Brunswick. I look forward to sharing my passion for all things French and particularly the French language.    
Last but not least, I come from Brittany and buckwheat crepe commonly complemented with a bowl of local cider are obviously part of Bretagne folklore!
